Professor Erwin is the Associate Clinical Director of the CU Well Counseling Clinic and serves as the Louisville Education Center’s Lead Professor for the Marriage and Family Ministry bachelor’s degree program. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and has served as director in a local counseling ministry and offers counseling services in a local community church. She is trained in several therapy models including specialized trauma work and couple’s therapy. She also has advanced trained in the Enneagram personality inventory. Nikki is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. LFMT KY License # 103942, IN 35002113A.
Nikki is married to her Campbellsville College sweetheart, Scott Erwin, who is an adjunct professor in the School of Theology and a designated school official working with Campbellsville University International students. Nikki and Scott will celebrate their 38th anniversary in 2022!
