CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – In order to save time, money and allow students to graduate early, Campbellsville University presents course offerings during the January term.
The January term dates last from Dec. 26, 2012 until Jan. 4, 2013 giving an opportunity to take two-three credit hours costing $325 per credit hour.
Students can participate in a classroom setting on campus with professors who conduct the class. However, students who chose to stay at home during the break also have the option of taking their class online in the comfort of their home.
Campus classes that are offered are Social Statistics, Literary Studies, Renaissance to Restoration Literature, Fundamentals of Speech, Understanding Music and American Government. Classes will meet each day, Monday-Friday, during the break.
Online classes include: Marketing I, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Managerial Decision Making, Operation Management, Introduction to Old Testament Study, Introduction to New Testament Study, Christ and Culture, Computer Concepts and Applications, Introduction to Physical Activity, United States History to 1877 and Introduction to Philosophy.
“The best part about the January term is that students can the opportunity to accelerate their education and possibly graduate earlier than they originally anticipated,” Paula Caldwell, coordinator for undergraduate admissions, said.
Taking spring classes, which begins Jan. 7, is also still an option and if interested in applying, contact the Office of Admissions as well.
