CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Campbellsville University’s Chamber Winds will perform its inaugural concert Sunday, April 26, at 3 p.m. in The Gheens Recital Hall which is located in the Gosser Fine Arts Center at 210 University Drive, Campbellsville.
Under the director of Dr. Scott Bersaglia, assistant director of bands and assistant professor of music, the Chamber Winds is a new group at CU. They will perform works by Gounod, Jacob, Grainger, Poulenc and Ferenc.
The concert is free and open to the public.
Members of the Chamber Winds include: Flute – Seromi Kim, South Korea; Nina Tsai, Taiwan; Ruby Chang, Taiwan; Nell Chaudoin, Springfield, Ky.; and Mackenzie Roberson, Clarksville, Tenn.;
Oboe – Dong-Seok Yu, South Korea; and Eugene Lee, Brentwood, Tenn.; Clarinet – J.K. Lee, South Korea; Heather McDonald, Hodgenville, Ky.; Brittany Judd, Campbellsville; and James Nutter, Lebanon, Ky.;
Trumpet – Dr. Reese Land, Louisville, Ky., assistant professor of music/trumpet at CU; Horn – Woo-Young Choi, South Korea; and Bradley Whitehead, Russell Springs, Ky.;
Cello – Felix Borges, Brazil; Laura Kauffman, Campbellsville; and Seth Johnson, Leitchfield, Ky.; and Piano – Jennifer Bersaglia, Campellsville.
