Campbellsville University’s Dr. John Chowning, executive assistant to the president of Campbellsville University for government, community and constituent relations, right, interviews John “Bam” Carney, R-Campbellsville, a member of Kentucky’s House of Representatives, for his “Dialogue on Public Issues” show.
