Southwestern Baptist Seminary’s Bradford to speak at Campbellsville University chapel

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky, – “Every interaction can be redeemed as an evangelistic opportunity” is not just a phrase to Dr. Carl Bradford, but a statement he seeks to live out.

Bradford is the featured speaker at Campbellsville University’s chapel at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 27, in Ransdell Chapel, 401 N. Hoskins Ave., Campbellsville.

Bradford is the interim associate dean of the Roy J. Fish School of Evangelism and Missions, assistant professor of evangelism and Malcolm R. and Melba L. McDow Chair of Evangelism at the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

He serves as an Evangelism Consultant for the South- ern Baptist of Texas Convention and Minister of Evangelism at First Baptist Mansfield in Mansfield, Texas. He frequently partners with local churches, assisting in evangelism training.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Xavier University of Louisiana, his Masters of Divinity at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, in Fort Worth, TX and his Doctor of Philosophy in Evangelism at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Bradford has contributed chapters to the History of Evangelism in North America through “Sufficiency of Scripture in Evangelism” in The Sufficiency of Scripture,” “And You Shall Be My Witnesses: 31 Devotionals to Encourage a Spirit of Everyday Evangelism” and “Evan- gelism Takes Heart: A 9-Week Journey to Cultivating A Heart For Evangelism.”

Likewise, he has written journal articles for the South- western Journal of Theology.

Bradford and his wife, Andrea, have two children, Carl Jr. and Abigail.

Bradford and his family are members of First Baptist Church, Mansfield in Mansfield, Texas.

Chapel is designed to provide opportunities for corporate worship and exposure through a variety of informative speakers and presentations.
