CU announces fall chapel series ‘Who is Jesus and What is Our Response?’

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky.— Campbellsville University has announced the fall 2012 chapel series of speakers, each focusing on the topic “Who is Jesus and What is Our Response?”

Chapel is designed to provide opportunities for corporate worship and exposure through of a variety of informative speakers and presentations. Events are held every Wednesday during the semester at 10 a.m. in Ransdell Chapel, located at 401 N. Hoskins Ave., Campbellsville.

Speakers and dates are: Dr. Michael V. Carter, president of Campbellsville University, August 29; Dr. Adam Greenway, president of the Kentucky Baptist Convention, September 5; Dr. Lynn Cohick, Wheaton College, September 12; the Rev. Larry “Fella” Wilson, chaplain of Campbellsville-Taylor County Emergency Rescue Services and senior minister of Woodlawn Christian Church in Campbellsville, September 19;

Dr. Dan Garland, director of church consulting with LifeWay Christian Resources, September 26; the Rev. Neal Hatfield, evangelist and director of Uplands Reach Conference Center, October 3 for campus revival; the Rev. Scott Miller, pastor of Graceland Baptist Church in New Albany, Ind., October 10; the Rev. David Cozart, Lexington Leadership Foundation, October 17 for Dialogue on Race;

Colmon Elridge, III, executive assistant to Gov. Steve Beshear, October 24; Dr. Wayne Barnard, International Justice Commission, October 31; Zach Hunter, Compassion International, November 7; Thanksgiving Worship Service coordinated by the Robertson Worship Committee, November 14; and Renee Shaw, KET journalist, November 28.
