Fall 2021 Vaccine Policy

Campbellsville University students learning through in-person instruction are required to submit one of the following prior to the start of the Fall 2021 academic term on August 23, 2021.

  1. Proof of being fully vaccinated by an approved FDA vaccine*.
    • The current date must be at least two (2) weeks, fifteen (15) days, past the final dose of the given vaccine.
  2. Proof of a negative COVID test obtained within one (1) week of arrival on campus. +
  3. Official documentation from a health department or medical professional indicating a positive COVID test within the past ninety (90) days.

     + Home COVID-19 tests will not be accepted.

Newly arriving international students learning through in-person instruction are required to submit one of the following:

  1. Proof of being fully vaccinated by an approved FDA or World Health Organization** vaccine.
  2. Proof of a negative COVID test obtained within one (1) week of arrival on campus and completion of a seven (7) day quarantine once arriving within the United States.

International students who remained in the United States over the entire summer break will need to follow the domestic student policy mentioned above.

  • Sinopharm Sinovac

Submit documentation photo, scan, email through the CU mobile app. Download the CU mobile app at cu.campusapp.com. You will need to log into the CU mobile app with your TigerNet credentials. If you are unsure what your TigerNet credentials are please reach out to your enrollment counselor or the enrollment office at 270-789-5220 or admissions@campbellsville.edu. If you have your student ID number you can also call Student Records at 270-789-5233 and request your credentials through email.
