Latach’ pronounced “la-task-a” (rhymes with Alaska), but people just call her “Tassy.” Ms. Alexander loves helping students get connected to people who can help them become a better version of themselves. She enjoys various genres of music, exploring different cuisines, watching and reading Anime/Manga, and spending time with family and friends.

She is a first-generation college student, a licensed mental health clinician, an avid hiker, a U.S. Army veteran and has worked in higher education for more than 17 years.

Dominique has dedicated his career to helping students in growing professionally and personally. He loves sports, learning languages, and anything that helps him connect to and/or get acquainted with new people. He has earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing, and a master’s degree in Sports Administration. Mr. Lewis never stops learning and is currently working towards obtaining a degree in Spanish.

As a former track athlete, she likes to remind students that when life presents a barrier; the hurdle is never bigger than the finish line.

Dr. Ogo Onyiri

Dr. Ogo Onyiri is a strong student advocate and enjoys supporting students. She is a second-generation college graduate, a microbiologist, and a Kentucky-certified life sciences educator. She teaches pre-nursing biology courses and gen-ed biology graduate-level courses. She is passionate about mental well-being and healthy eating, and she enjoys gardening and growing fruits and vegetables during the summer.

Dr. Onyiri is a first-generation college graduate. He is very interested in the success of students, including finding the right career path. Dr. Onyiri is also passionate about sharing biblical principles with others. Outside of academics, Dr. Onyiri and his wife are active gardeners. They grow different types of vegetables for food and recreation.
