The Estimated cost of attendance (COA) is an amount used to determine a student’s financial need when awarding need-based financial aid programs. The COA is comprised of costs that are paid directly to Campbellsville University, such as tuition & fees, and on-campus living expenses. The COA also includes other possible out-of-pocket costs, including off-campus living costs, supplies, transportation, and personal expenses. Your estimated Cost of Attendance and the Expected Family Contribution (EFC) as derived from the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) are used to determine financial need. COA- EFC = Financial Need. Information concerning the Cost of Attending CU is found here.
Official withdrawal information can also be found in the Student Catalog.
Students whose financial aid awards (excluding work-study) are greater than the semester charges for tuition, fees, room and board may be allowed to charge books and to their student accounts. Students will be notified by email if they qualify. This will allow the student to charge books at the Barnes & Noble bookstore on main campus only.
Financial Aid is available for most study abroad programs that Campbellsville University has an agreement with for transfer of credit hours. Office of Financial Aid will be able to assist with specific questions. More information about the Campbellsville University Study Abroad Program is available on the website.
