Welcome to the CU community!
We are so glad that you will be joining our Campbellsville University (CU) community! Take a look at the information below and get ready to join us at CU!
Be sure to pay special attention to deadlines and the list of things to do before you arrive.
Arrival
Fall 2023- Plan to arrive on campus on August 17 or 18.
International Student Orientation (we call it CGE Compass) is scheduled for August 19, 2023.
*Athletes- Some athletes will arrive early for practice. If you are an athlete, contact your coach about your required arrival dates.
Airport Shuttle
If you need to arrive the day before, we recommend that you stay at the Tru Hotel at the Louisville airport. We will meet students who stay overnight at the hotel after completing the airport pickup.
When you make your reservations, tell them that you are with the Campbellsville University group to get a discount on your room.
Arriving on Campus
We have also prepared a welcome for you when you arrive on campus.
All students on the shuttle will be taken to the Student Activity Center, where you will meet CGE staff and Resident Directors who will help you find your dorm and give you important orientation information.
Other Arrival Plans
We know that some students will not be able to take the airport shuttle on the day they arrive or they will prefer to make other plans. Please use these resources if you need to find a hotel in the area, rent a car, or take a taxi.

If you are arriving on your own or with family, please come to campus on August 17 at 6:30 p.m. or 18 at 10:30 a.m. for an easy and welcoming check-in experience. Additional details will be sent to your email.
CGE Compass
This is a special orientation session for all international students! All new international students should plan to attend.

Dorm Supplies
Fall Semester Arrivals
CU has partnered with Dormify to help you get the things you need. You have the option to order from Dormify and they will ship your things directly to CU!
If you are going to use this service, order no later than July 15. Visit the International Orientation page for more information.
If you order after July 15, follow the instructions for spring semester arrivals.

Class Schedules
The CGE staff will contact you to begin the enrollment process when we receive confirmation from the Office of Enrollment that you have received your visa.
