The Center for Global Engagement (CGE) is here to help you prepare to come to Campbellsville University. Please use this checklist as you make your plans.
Plan to arrive on campus on January 6 or 7. Athletes should contact their coach to find out their arrival date.
CGE will be providing airport shuttles on January 6 and 7 at 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. We will also be providing a special check-in time for students arriving on their own or with family.
You must purchase a ticket to ride the shuttle to campus. The cost of the ticket will be $50. (*you can find our cancellation policy on the website.)
Please purchase your ticket after you have made your flight arrangements so that you get a ticket for the correct time. All flights should be scheduled to arrive at least 1 hour before the scheduled shuttle time.
If you need to arrive the day before, we recommend that you stay at the Tru Hotel at the Louisville airport. We will meet students who stay overnight at the hotel after completing the airport pickup. When you make your reservations, tell them that you are with the Campbellsville University group to get a discount on your room.
If you stay at another hotel you should plan to meet us back at the airport at 9 a.m.
When you arrive on campus, CGE staff will be available to meet you, help you find your dorm, and answer any questions you may have. We are excited to welcome you to CU!
